IIS Lab (東京大学矢谷研究室)では国内外でご活躍されている多彩なゲストをお呼びして，ヒューマンコンピュータインタラクション(HCI)，ユビキタスコンピューティング，モバイルシステム・アプリケーションに関係する研究，ビジネス，教育，政策に関する特別講演を不定期に主催し，Distinguished Lecture Seriesとして学内外の方に公開しています．今回はSOMPOホールディングス株式会社にてCDOを務めておられる楢󠄀﨑浩一様に，SOMPOホールディングス株式会社が目指すデジタル戦略におけるデータ活用，そしてアルゴリズムなどコンピュータ科学の知識がビジネスの世界でどのように生かされるかを，ご自身の経験とともにお話しいただきます．

このDLSは，矢谷が担当しているアルゴリズム（学部3年生向け）の講義の一部として開かれますが，東京大学の全ての学生・教職員にご視聴いただけますので，遠慮なくご参加ください！

IIS Lab at University of Tokyo organizes distinguished lectures by international and interdisciplinary guests about research, business, education, and political strategies enabled by HCI, Ubiquitous computing, and mobile systems and applications. Our Distinguished Lecture Series are open to people at and outside the university. In this DLS, we are honored to have Koichi Narasaki, who is CDO at SOMPO Holdings, Inc. to present the applications of data in the real world to drive innovations empowered by digital technology, and discuss how knowledge of computer science including algorithms can contribute to business.

This DLS is held as a part of lectures for my course of Algorithms (for third-year undergrads), but this DLS is open to anybody at University of Tokyo. You are more than welcome to join!

 

「武器としてのアルゴリズム  – DX or Die -」

ご講演概要

デジタル革命はCOVID-19の影響により『Disrupt or Be Disrupted』から『DX or Die』の時代へと突入しています。これまでの環境とはデジタルや保険の意味合いが変わってきている今、企業の在り方を原点から見つめ直し、SOMPOの向かうデジタル戦略についてリアルデータ活用等の観点からお伝えするとともに、その変わりゆく環境の中でビジネス現場において武器となるアルゴリズムについてお話しします。

ご略歴

1981年、三菱商事入社。2000年より米SV等で5社のソフトウェアスタートアップを経営（SVに12年在住）。2016年 SOMPOホールディングスのCDO、2019年 Palantir Technologies Japan社CEO就任(SOMPO CDOとの兼務)、2021年4月からデジタル事業最高責任者就任。米MBA / CPA、ITストラテジスト、プロジェクトマネージャ、第１級陸上無線技術士、電気通信主任技術者、DeepLearning G検定等々ICT関連の資格を多数保持。
